Final Sale – No Physical Returns
Due to the nature of precious metals, bullion, coins, and fine jewelry, we do not accept physical returns once an order has been shipped.
All sales are final upon delivery, except as outlined below.
Refund / Buyback Policy (Jewelry Only)
Refunds may be considered only for jewelry items (excluding bullion and coins) on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed as a buyback and subject to the following terms:

Refunds are calculated based on the current market price of precious metals at the time the refund request is approved, not the original purchase price.

Due to market fluctuations, the refund amount may be higher or lower than the original purchase price.

Refund values reflect the buyback value of the metal content based on current spot prices.

Processing fees, payment fees, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Any loss in value due to wear, damage, alteration, or missing components will be deducted from the refund amount.
Bullion & Coins
All bullion and coin sales are final and are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.
Each case will be reviewed individually. If approved, we may offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
