Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.

Theft, Loss & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage.

Customers are encouraged to ship to a secure address where someone is available to receive the package.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing has begun.
